This beautifully shaped shark tooth is from an extinct shark called "snaggle-toothed shark." The serrations are very distinctive and line both sides of the tooth blade. These are an all time favorite species among fossil collectors. This shark tooth has a root that has been electroformed with a durable 18 kt gold and is suspended from an 18 inch gold-filled chain by a decorative connecting link. The tooth measures 1 inch in height and width.
