Shipping and Returns
All packages are sent with free priority mail shipping within the U.S. All packages are sent with tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation. You will be sent the tracking information so that you can keep tabs on your package. If delivery confirmation shows that your package was delivered to the address you provided, then it is considered delivered. I will not be held responsible for the package if it disappears after confirmation shows it was delivered. In such a case, you will be responsible for contacting the post office to check on the delivery of the package using the tracking number you were sent. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact you and ship it to the corrected address you provide, but only after you have been charged for and paid for the second shipping.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact me to let me know you wish to return it within five days after you receive it. The item must then be shipped within five days. The returned item must be in exactly the same condition as it was when sent. You must return it with a tracking number and send me the number so I can follow it. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if items show ANY signs of use or abuse. If a refund is denied, items will be returned to you by ground shipping.
You are responsible for all the shipping costs when returning an item unless the wrong item was sent. Once the item has reached me and is approved for a refund, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or for a full refund minus the cost of shipping and insurance. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, I will charge you for the difference, unless I consider the difference to be insignificant. You will also be charged for the shipping cost of sending a replacement. No more than two returns will be accepted within a thirty day period unless I determine that the items arrived broken or incorrect items were shipped.
All of my jewelry is very sturdy and it is extremely unlikely for a piece to break while in shipping or when being worn. I also photograph each item as it is placed in the shipping package to make sure nothing is missing. However, you may return an item due to a serious flaw or if it arrived in a broken condition and I will replace the item with a similar one, substitute it for an item of equal value, or refund your purchase amount minus any shipping and/or insurance. You must let me know which of these options you prefer. If you receive a package with the wrong item (-s) in it, I will pay for ground mail shipping both ways and send you the correct item as soon as I receive the incorrect item. If you have any other problems, please let me know, and I will be happy to make every attempt to work something out with you.
