Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy:

Currently, we only ship within the United States and all orders are processed within 3 business days and include insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation sent to the provided email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

For custom orders, the insurance provided will only cover the plating costs, not the full value of the items. If you would like to add additional insurance coverage for return shipping, include this information in the plating instructions (including the amount) when the package is sent. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you to obtain the correct shipping address. However, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees incurred. If delivery confirmation shows that your package was delivered to the address provided, then it is considered delivered. 

If your package is damaged, missing or lost, please first check with your local post office or the relevant shipping carrier. If you are unable to locate your package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy:

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be shipped to us within 14 days of initiating a return or exchange. If approved, returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the item. We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns or returns that don’t meet our conditions. If the return is denied, items will be returned to you by ground shipping.

  • We do not accept returns for custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or if the item received does not match the agreed-upon, written specifications by the customer. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, according to our custom electroforming guidelines.

  • Before sending a return, send us an email notifying us of your return or exchange request at email@earthrelics.com. If exchanging, please specify which item you wish to exchange for using the SKU number on the product page. If there is a difference in price for the exchange, a new invoice will be sent for the difference.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Please include a copy of the receipt or a packing slip with your return. Damaged items due to improper care/mishandling/packaging prior to transit will not be accepted.

  • Items shipped after the indicated return window will not be accepted.

  • Returns will be shipped at the buyer’s expense. We require tracking confirmation on your return, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
