This necklace is made with one of the top quality and highly prized types of fossil shark teeth. They are highly sought after by fossil collectors around the world. This particular tooth is in spectacularly excellent condition, with no flaws in the blade. It has very fine serrations along the edges of the central blade and extending along the edges of the side teeth. The beautiful creamy beige and pale grey colors really bring out the glory of this tooth. The root is electroformed in a durable, abrasion-resistant 18kt gold and has a totally invisible, baked on protective coating added to make the finish even more durable. The 20 inch chain is gold-filled and has amber and bronze accent beads that complement the beauty of the tooth. The pendant measures one inch in height.
