The slice has been nicely polished and the edge is accented in a nicely contrasting electroformed 18kt gold. A baked-on, clear protective coating has been applied to the gold for greater durability. The golden brown color of the shell is perfect for wearing with any color of clothing and makes a perfect women's fashion accessory.
