Scallop Shell Pendant With Insert Accent

This beautifully patterned shell is called a Royal Cloak scallop. A "window" has been cut in the center so an accent piece of blue paua (abalone) shell could be added. The shell has been outlined with 18 kt electroformed gold and has a gold-filled ring attached.
